Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA to oversee daily maintenance across 82 units and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high readiness of facilities.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, supervise technicians, manage work orders, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets and preventive maintenance programs.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related training.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties, preferably supervisory.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience with boilers, elevators, fire safety systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process resident service requests and perform routine maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Lead make-ready inspections and coordinate vendors for vacant units.
• Set maintenance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by service teams and contractors for quality and adherence to policy.
• Maintain inventory and assist Community Manager with budget and procurement.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures and support cost-control initiatives.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
