Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee maintenance tasks, manage residents' work orders, and ensure safety and quality across the community.

The role requires 3-5 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience, EPA-certified skill handling of HVAC, and a focus on cost-efficient, quality upkeep. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance per safety standards.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Set and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the Community Manager on budget and supplies.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance as outlined in the manual.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
