Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee indoor and outdoor community upkeep, safety, and overall functionality. You will manage vendors, supervise up to five staff, and help develop repair and capital budgets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital projects.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and ensure quality workmanship.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and coordinate with vendors and managers.
