Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 7403 Living community in Los Angeles. You will manage a team performing repairs, preventative maintenance and make-readies for leasing, ensuring safety and high standards in facilities and grounds.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent resident service and budget awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively for internal/external contacts.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades is required.
• EPA HVAC certification and valid state driver’s license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance work to keep grounds, buildings, and common areas clean and functional.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, coordinate with vendors and schedule repairs.
• Inspect on-site work and contractor quality to ensure compliance with policy and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and assist budget planning with the Community Manager.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance for the site.
• Provide excellent resident service, addressing questions and requests promptly.
