Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles, CA to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1-2 years maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work weekends and on-call hours. The position includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (where applicable)

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspections.
• Maintains inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering.
• Documents work and service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists with cleaning, painting, and curb/signage upkeep.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
