Job summary

Griffis Blessing, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a Colorado Springs community.

Under the Property Manager, you will handle turns, preventive maintenance, grounds work, pool/spa upkeep, and responsive service requests to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming. This role requires after-hours on-call rotation, strong teamwork, and hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Positive team player with residents and staff.
• Working toward CAMT, plumber’s journeyman, EPA, CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain unit turns, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Keep preventative maintenance schedules and logs.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties as assigned.
• Inspect property daily and report repairs to the Property Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper SDS compliance.
