The position requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, knowledge of pool maintenance, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours. On-call weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail required.
• Pool service and maintenance knowledge is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds according to community goals.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs equipment per safety and OSHA policies.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotation.
