• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks for units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool and common area maintenance routines and logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily for safety and upkeep.
• Ensure proper inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
