Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and support the make-ready process to meet property objectives.

Regular onsite attendance and strong safety practices are essential. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, pools, and grounds, and assisting in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related tasks and inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance and keep accurate records.
