Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Ability to manage a physical workload safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance needs across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Oversee and coordinate work by outside contractors when required.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to preserve equipment and facilities.
• Inspect vacated apartments and ensure make-ready readiness.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
