Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, repairs, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies across our multifamily communities to keep properties well maintained and operating smoothly.

You will support the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager, execute preventive maintenance, ensure safety, and uphold Fair Housing regulations while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and repair techniques.
• Ability to manage a physical workload safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance to preserve equipment and facilities.
• Inspect vacated apartments and restore them to make-ready status.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws.
