Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-site operations at our community. The role requires regular attendance, responsiveness to work orders, and adherence to safety standards.

You will assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and participate in on-call emergencies while ensuring excellent customer service and a well-maintained property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas in a timely manner.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance across buildings and units.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and chemical logs.
• Assist with on-call emergencies at the property.
