• Apartment Turnover - Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative Care - Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Cleaning and Grounds - Help with cleaning common areas and apartments.
• On-Call and Safety - Be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Teamwork and Standards - Follow company policies and maintenance procedures.
