Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. Regular daily attendance is required to service community common areas, buildings, and units with timely responses to work orders.

The role supports maintenance supervision, manages safety practices, and participates in on-call emergencies. Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software understanding required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist in daily exterior maintenance of the community including grounds and common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
