Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across properties. You will support routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to help meet property objectives.

You will also handle make-ready duties, respond to resident requests, and help maintain common areas, pools, and exterior spaces, while following safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain common areas, buildings, and units; assist with make-ready process.
• Schedule and perform maintenance/repairs related to turnover events.
• Maintain exterior grounds, pool area upkeep, and logs for chemicals.
