Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out the maintenance across our community properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

You will respond to work orders and help keep common areas in excellent condition. We require a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate onsite software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
