Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance across a 168-unit property in Santa Rosa. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and prepare units for leasing while keeping residents safe and the property well-presented.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and documenting all service tasks. On-site role with weekend/on-call requirements and a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic building systems.
• EPA refrigerant certification required or in progress.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to on-call.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Document service activities promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
