Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Santa Rosa. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing units for leasing, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license for potential on-site vehicle use. Weekend and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on-property, if applicable.
• Must be able to work weekends and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Request, stock, and manage materials and inventory with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests clearly and timely for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
