Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking aMaintenance Technician for Meridian at Grandview in Columbus, OH. The role involves make-ready repairs for vacant units and being on-call to respond to emergencies, with HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities include timely repairs, inventory control, and coordinating with the Service Manager to plan daily tasks. High school diploma or GED required, valid driver's license, and willingness to work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills are required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations is preferred.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification is preferred, but not required; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, and Grounds staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and proper use of maintenance materials.
• Inspect property and review needed repairs with the Service Manager.
• Ensure grounds are free of litter and maintain a professional appearance.
