Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Meridian at Grandview in Columbus, OH. The role oversees the upkeep of the community, supervises maintenance staff, and ensures safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

On-call weekend shifts may be required to respond to emergencies and urgent work orders. Responsibilities include training staff, scheduling tasks, and maintaining all property systems while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and CFC certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and SDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.

• Respond to emergencies on call.
• Maintain OSHA records and safety meetings.
