Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Sunbury, Ohio to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and support property operations. The role requires on-call rotation and the ability to work in various weather conditions. HVAC certified preferred, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You'll inspect units, manage maintenance requests, and assist the Service Manager to ensure timely completion and high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property's assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Carpentry skills required or trainable.
• 608 refrigerant certification preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Respond to on-call paging during 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
• Review work orders daily with the Service Manager.
