Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• CPO certification preferred.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred; will train if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Respond to on-call paging as scheduled.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs.
