Job summary

Drucker + Falk in Dublin, OH seeks a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certified preferred. You will be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager and assist with daily maintenance tasks across properties.

You will help with inventory, grounds maintenance, and safety procedures, ensuring timely completion of work orders and a professional shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Current driver's license.
• CFC refrigerant handling knowledge preferred; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager and respond to paging.
• Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper with their work when necessary.
• Assist Grounds personnel with trashing out units when needed.
• Maintain inventory control and proper use of maintenance materials and supplies.
• Inspect property and discuss improvements with the Service Manager.
• Ensure grounds are free of litter and equipment is properly maintained.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop.
