Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certified preferred; on-call weekend duties as scheduled by the Service Manager. The role reports to the Service Manager and may assist with grounds, inventory, and other maintenance tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; CFC certification preferred. The job involves indoor/outdoor work in varied weather, with lifting duties and occasional

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and CFC certification.
• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.
• Familiarity with SDS and OSHA requirements.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required; will train.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units promptly.
• Respond to on-call paging as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, Grounds staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory and proper use of maintenance materials.
