Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing community safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will interact with residents, process service requests, and help with home refurbishments and inspections.

This role requires teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication with staff and residents. The position covers preventative maintenance, snow removal when needed, and operation of company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• In-state driver's license required.
• OSHA certification or training is a plus.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience are pluses.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Complete all work in a timely manner without compromising safety or quality.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls according to the on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and address issues within the community.
