Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained while ensuring timely service requests and inspections are completed to satisfaction.

You will interact with residents, assist in home delivery/set-up, and uphold OSHA standards and PPE usage. The role requires reliable vehicle operation, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state driver's license is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience are a PLUS.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus; familiarity with industry software/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and assets, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist in new home delivery/set-up and report warranty work.
• Follow on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow OSHA standards and maintain PPE as required.
