Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities safe and well-maintained. You will interact with residents, complete work orders, and help with inspections while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will also support new home delivery/setup and report warranty issues to management. The role requires teamwork and adherence to OSHA guidelines across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA standards knowledge and safety training are a plus.
• Experience with home refurbishments or make-ready projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
