Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well-stocked. You will interact with residents, ensure timely handling of service requests, and support the upkeep of community assets and infrastructure.

The role requires operating company vehicles safely, adhering to OSHA standards, and assisting with new home delivery/set-up as needed. A valid driver’s license and a HS diploma are preferred; HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• OSHA trainings or certifications are a plus.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool operation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory via preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Complete all work in a timely, quality, and safety-conscious manner.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls per on-call schedule.
• Read water meters and identify leaks within the community.
