Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will interact with residents, complete service requests, and support inspections while upholding safety standards.

You’ll also assist with site upkeep, delivery/set-up of homes, and reporting to management. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compliance with OSHA guidelines, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventive maintenance and work-orders.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Respond to after-hours calls according to on-call schedule.
• Read water meters and identify leaks.
• Assist with new home delivery and setup and report warranty work.
