The role includes preventative and corrective maintenance, making-readies, and safety compliance while collaborating with vendors and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience, hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances, and EPA Type II or Universal certification.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification; CPO is a plus.
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maintenance service and excellent customer service.
• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant homes and schedule vendors as needed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as required.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Adhere to property policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
