Job summary
Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain a welcoming community and strong curb appeal while delivering exceptional resident service. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pool maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.
The role requires on-call availability, teamwork, and professional communication; you may travel to sister communities for support as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience is highly desired.
- Hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
- EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred; CPO is a plus.
- On-call availability for emergencies and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and high-quality maintenance.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
- Make-ready vacant units, conduct inspections, and coordinate vendors.
- Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with safety and risk management.
- Track inventory, follow safety procedures, and comply with policies.
