Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across properties. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing make-ready tasks, and maintaining safety and compliance standards while contributing to a proactive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site maintenance tasks in community areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Conduct preventive and cosmetic maintenance as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Support in scheduling maintenance/repair-related turnover events.
