Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations of our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role is full-time and requires daily on-site presence, reliable transportation, and a commitment to safety. Asset Living offers a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Awareness of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on the property.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and adhere to safety standards.
• Support on-call emergency coverage and assist in inspections.
