Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the multifamily property by performing corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will participate in make-ready, respond to requests, and help maintain safe, well-kept common areas and units.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will help manage repairs, follow OSHA guidelines, and ensure timely work order completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Support make-ready process aligned with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform regular on-site maintenance tasks in common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines while managing tools and inventory.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and everyday upkeep of the site.
