Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on community facilities and units.
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inspections.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
