Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, making necessary repairs, and assisting with make-ready processes while maintaining safety standards and proper documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits including medical and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate on-site software/functions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, corrective, preventative and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in make-ready processes for turnover of units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
