Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Tucson is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with essential apartment and property maintenance tasks. You will provide reliable repairs and excellent service to residents and ensure curb appeal across assigned properties.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and emergency responses, while upholding safety policies and collaborating with the property team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of property management or related experience preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed by supervision.
• Carry out carpentry duties such as wall repairs, cabinet replacements, finish carpentry, and door/lock repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and quality of the property.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Support on-call/emergency maintenance as needed and address issues promptly.
