You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, maintain safety, respond to emergencies, and communicate with maintenance leadership to ensure resident satisfaction and timely work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties per supervisor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain safety and curb appeal; communicate issues to maintenance leadership.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
