Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair duties across our community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain homes, amenities, grounds, and curb appeal, contributing to resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management, property maintenance, multifamily housing, or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, flooring, carpentry, and other components per code and standards.
• Perform general carpentry and building repairs (drywall, cabinets, windows, doors, trim, tile).
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, siding, lighting, irrigation, pool equipment, and community systems.
