Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots repairs or replacements of wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures and fittings.
• Performs carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and prepares surfaces for painting.
• Assists skilled technicians on major repairs and helps move/arrange appliances.
• May require on-call work outside regular schedule and work independently or in teams.
