Related Affordable in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep buildings safe, functional, and inviting. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests while coordinating with residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.
• Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and interact with residents.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; address safety issues.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Assist in emergency repairs and rotate on-call for emergencies.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance with supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
