Related Affordable is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati to keep buildings and grounds safe, functional, and inviting. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Must participate in on-call emergency rotation as needed.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, address safety issues immediately with management.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.
