Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of progressively responsible experience in maintenance work.
• Possession of a valid Ohio Vehicle Operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and construction of CMHA buildings and facilities
• Diagnose mechanical and structural problems to determine necessary repairs
• Assist in preventative maintenance of CMHA facilities

Skills
