B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Marcos, TX to address maintenance requests and uphold property standards. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turns while delivering timely, high-quality service to residents.

The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service. On-site work with potential on-call and weekend shifts supports a thriving student housing community.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Ensure all work orders are completed promptly and professionally.
