• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of maintenance trades experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in multifamily or student housing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to maintenance requests with timely, professional service.
• Inspect buildings and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance documentation.
