Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Goose Creek, SC to perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will assist with make-ready processes under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, safe work practices, and the ability to manage maintenance shop operations while keeping accurate records and logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of the community.
• Assist with on-call emergency at the community.
