Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance of the community and supervise maintenance personnel. The role reports to the Property Manager and ensures all mechanical systems operate reliably while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; maintenance experience preferred.
• CFC certification and OSHA awareness beneficial.
• Experience supervising small teams in property maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Hire and terminate staff per policy.
• Schedule and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain emergency on-call readiness for the community.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and document topics.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized shop and inventory; track warranties.
