Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the physical upkeep of the community under the Property Manager's direction. You will supervise maintenance staff, operate all mechanical equipment, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and maintaining safety standards in accordance with OSHA and company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in maintenance supervision is preferred.
• CFC Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Hire/terminate staff per policy and under the Property Manager.
• Schedule routine maintenance tasks and on-call emergencies.
• Ensure maintenance coverage and safety compliance.
• Maintain records and reports for O&M programs.
