Job summary

The Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent at Drucker + Falk, LLC is responsible for the physical upkeep of the community and for operating and maintaining all mechanical equipment under the direction of the Property Manager. The role supervises maintenance staff and ensures timely completion of work orders.

Key duties include scheduling preventive maintenance, enforcing safety policies, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records for O&M programs while delivering high standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Current Driver's License and CFC Certificate.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and train staff.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and train staff.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call coverage.
• Manage O&M programs and records.
• Coordinate with Property Manager.
