Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support serving lines, prep, and basic line work across locations.

You will follow menu plans and recipes, ensure proper food temperatures, and keep areas clean and organized while delivering friendly service to customers.

Training is provided; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and safety procedures must be followed in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly to customers and staff.
• Strong math and measurement skills for recipes and portions.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and recipes.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintain FIFO stock and clean cooler/storage racks.
• Prepare baked goods as required by the menu and present to customers.
• Set up serving/bar lines and restock items as needed.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures; record temperatures.
